A: it,s quite located behind the glove box. all you do is unhook the battery, take the computer down to where you can reach the harness, unplug it, mutate it and plug the harness back in and hook the battery back up. that,s the way i did mine on my olds

I am looking to buy a 95 Ford E-350 van. The problems with it are -needs new steering column and wishes front wheel bearings, front pads, and an ABS box. It is within my price range but I need to differentiate how expensive it will be to fix these problems.
